I can't even believe a judge would rule on this in her favor. Everytime I see something that makes me lose faith in our society some shit like this comes along and makes me realize that it can get more insane.

It shouldn't even have made it to court.

Someone should have said "bitch use a condom, they are free. This is your fault and you're a disgusting human being for trying to blame someone else for your own mistakes, let alone trying to make someone else pay for it".

Actually, I read the woman initially asked for only 1 million, and GEICO insisted on taking it to arbitration. The Arbitrator ruled that she should get 5.3 million.
