"World champ boxer" Amir Khan robbed at gunpoint while walking with wife: £72K watch stolen (it has 719 diamonds)..."boxer" should've fended them off!

Former boxing champ Amir Khan says he was robbed of his Franck Muller luxury watch at gunpoint in East London -- and he says the alleged suspects were caught on video!

Sounds like London is getting as bad as LA.

I was with my grandson at a park when a crazy gang banger started spouting off at me for where we were sitting...If I was alone he would have been very sorry he chose me but since I was with my grandson I chose to walk away....

Spoken like a true Dad/Grandpa. Smart man.

One would have to be a moron to try to fight off a gun

In this case, there were 2 guns. One against his head, and the other a few paces away. Even a moron would see the futility in doing anything but giving up a watch and the cash.

i would go to war literally to protect my son...i wouldn't take a hike

You would have fought them?

Here is the situation: from the link in the OP.
"I crossed the road with Faryal, luckily she was few steps behind me," Khan said, "2 men ran to me, one holding a gun from afar and one had the gun pointing to my head asking for my watch."

One guy with a gun pointed at your head from close, and one back a ways covering you with another gun. With your son or grandson likely in the field of fire. No, you give up the watch, your cash, and if they ask for them, your shoes. Anything else would be suicide and certain death for your son/grandson.
