I mean, Democrats, use your stupid brains, you don't have any stupid brains and don't understand what happens."

Sheesh.... Bernie sounds like he was channeling a 5 year old; I hate to break it to Bernie but going on television and using verbiage reminiscent of Punky Brewster is NOT going to do anything to sell the merits of the Tax Reform Package to the general public or do anything to enhance his personal reputation.
