Lawsuit against Biden alleges he is complicit of genocide

So, a President is free to assassinate American citizens
Only if they are a clear and present danger by having joined a terrorist group, planning attacks on Americans, and operating out of reach of America to apprehend them. In fact, failing to take appropriate action (turning that traitor into a grease spot) would have been a dereliction of duty.

Clinton got impeached for the same reason your orange loser got indicted...Cover Up.

Paying the porn star wasn't the issue. Your orange loser tried to cover it up in an election year.

Laugh as much as you want, but your orange loser is currently shivering and whining in the docks while Biden is hitting the campaign trial.

Must suck to be a trumptard. Thoughts & Prayers.

Btw, did you figure out what a Pandora's Box is, or are you still Googling it? Good luck. :auiqs.jpg:

False
False
False - also quite laughable
Nope

was filed by Palestinian human rights groups and individuals with help from the nonprofit Center for Constitutional Rights

So basically, no one important is suing him. Just a bunch of radicalized nutballs suing him because the Israel debacle is the current trendy thing to be in on right now.

Biden is a grade A dipshit and I do not like him. But this is just a dumb, pointless and meaningless lawsuit that won't win.

Trump assassinated an Iranian general with the blood of Americans on his hands, and the Left went insane saying how horrible it was

But an American citizen abroad was assassinated by Obama without trial, and that is Ok.

Just so we understand each other.

No serious effort was launched to charge Benedict Donald even thought our war of occupation in Iraq had long since ended, while the terrorist was KIA in Yemen while actively planning new attacks to kill American civilians. We killed a Japanese general during WWII by shooting down his plane. We didn't kill any Soviet advisors who helped North Vietnam kill American soldiers long after that war ended. Did the North target General Westmoreland after the war?

Understand the difference?

Why would they?

kill Westmoreland
He led the US forces that killed a lot of North Vietnamese. Targeting him during the war would be consistent with the laws of war but not after the war was over, when he was an easier target. That would have been like Benedict Donald killing that Iranian general well after our war of occupation in Iraq ended, when he was an easy target.

So, in a "war against terrorism", they can kill anyone they wish who is an American citizen without due process

Do tell.

We have already witnessed how the government weaponized the IRS to go after their political rivals.

And we saw how the DNC abused FISA going after Trump to win elections.

Why would they now not just kill them all off?

Don't you believe your President Biden when he tells you that White Christian Nationalism is the biggest threat to the country, just like Hitler said Jews were the biggest threat to the Third Reich?
Duh, we can kill any American on the enemy side in our battle against those enemies, here or abroad, when that American has aided in war or battle, and took the foreign enemy side, against us.
