The Imperial of the 60s was a great car. It had many advanced features that few cars had at the time. Jay Leno did a nice video on his.

I think it's very entertaining when any manufacturer goes out of its way to produce a vehicle that represents the best that it can produce. These Chrysler Imperials are cool for that reason.

Look also at the VW Phaeton, the Mercedes-Maybach, and of course the Lexus LS, Infiniti Q, and Hyundai Equus.

Yeah. Unfortunately the age of high quality and pride in workmanship has been dead for quite some time now.
