A customer started choking a 60 year old Uber driver....and I dont' think he was choking him to show how much he loved him....the 60 year old pulled his concealed gun from his holster and managed to shoot the asshole in the foot. That ended the attack.
Sadly, the man wasn't choked to death....it would have been far better that he be choked, beaten to death than that he had that gun to stop it...right?
Keep in mind......no one was killed....so according to the violence policy center...this never happened, because guns can only kill in a crime otherwise the event doesn't exist.....
