I look forward to reading it all. I did skim over some of the material and it already looks better than Obamacare. Of course, just about anything would be a better alternative.

One thing has proven to be true time and again and that's that the free market ALWAYS works better than Socialism; huge government; and endless rolls of red tape. America's bureaucracies are a nightmare and things will only get worse.

It looks good because you don't see the details. It appears to me that the plan would require massive subsidies to the states. At the federal level, the most significant legislation would benefit upper middle class wealthy tax players. Tax incentive to people that aren't paying taxes now does not reduce their cost of insurance.

A plan such as this won't replace Obamacare because it assumes it has not been implemented. Replacing Obamacare would be far more difficult than implementing it.

However, several of the proposals are worth considering.

"It looks good because you don't see the details." Now that's a discription of liberals and Obamacare. We had to pass the bill to find out what was in the bill (now it's law). The bill was passed and made law based on a bunch of talking points such as "If you like your plan you can keep your plan". "If you like your doctor you can keep your doctor". It will bend the cost curve by $2500 per family.

Why start looking at details now? 7 million have signed up. Why bother to know how many of those have paid the bill yet. Why bother to determine how many of those that had insurance they were happy with before Obamacare kicked in. Why bother to determine how many would have qualified for Medicaid even without Obamacare. Details.....who cares about stinking details?

Republicans aren't going to repeal and replace Obamacare with their own plan even if they get control of government, because they would have to take the blame for all the problems their reforms created, and many problems they didn't, just as has happened to liberals with Obamacare. Although Obamacare will improve the accessibility to healthcare; political it was a mistake, one Republicans aren't going to repeat.

Free market principles work. I've read this whole thing and it sounds like a much better way for Americans to get good quality affordable health coverage. Why give your health care over to the very government that lied to you and is still lying to you about Obamacare? Just read it you liberal dunderheads and learn something.

Nope. They screw the pooch right out of the gate. There should be either no tax exemptions related to health care costs, or all of them should be exempt. Incentives targeted at increasing insurance enrollment are the problem, not the solution.

I also see the kept the utterly stupid idea of forcing insurance companies to cover pre-existing conditions.

I don't even see any substantial changes. Which is what I've been saying - Republicans won't change ACA - they'll just rename it.

Tax incentives are the heart of the plan. If there're going use taxes as an incentive to buy insurance, they should have proposed tax credits not deductions.

coming from you a total idiot, it appears to be ... first
1)Obama care isn't a government plan its a free market plan
2) the free market is where you get your health care ... even if you get medicaid you still have to go to the free market to get your plan ...
3) if anyone is a dunderhead and needs to learn what they are talking about that would be you ... Mr. Dunderhead:cuckoo::badgrin::badgrin::badgrin:

finally the free market has never work in this country ...what you are asking here to work doesn't work ... its been tried before, not with health care, but with the stock market, and the banks ... look up the cause of the 1929 market crash you might learn something Dunderhead

lets look at your statement about government can only get worse ... what cause the banks to fail???? answer: republican deregulation ... the republican in 1998 and in 2003 deregulated the banks that cause the market to crash the only time the government fails is when a party goes in and deregulates it prime example: 1929 prior to the 1929 market crash the republicans once deregulated the banks what happen it crashed ... the problem you have is you don't understand who caused what ... the government programs when first set has never failed, only until some one in the government deregulated it ... period the free market has never work ... that was Greenspans Idea. if a bank or what ever failed let the free marker handle it ... the problem is the free marker can't handle it and another great depression almost hit you dolts ... thanks to obama with the bank loans and the car loans, if he had done that we would be in real deep shit ... most of you republicans are too stupid to realize that too ...

according to the insurance companies, as of yesterday, in the news, 90% of the people have paid ... the 10% who haven't paid are waiting for their currant policy to expire ... this was on all the news channel, even fraud news channel ...

The nobody's paying their bill story, is just one in a long list of conservative propaganda campaigns that have failed. In its first year of being fully implemented, the ACA has already reduced the uninsured ranks in this nation by at least 20%. And that percentage might end up being higher when the final enrollment figures come in.

Despite all the adverse propaganda and a number of administrative screw-ups , the ACA is beginning to work. In the first year full year of implementation, it removed the preexisting condition limitation on polices, increased policy benefits of most policies, and reduced the number of uninsured. Cost are down considered for the poor and will decline for higher income workers as the number insured increases.

Free market health care was unaffordable for tens of millions, leaving them with no coverage. Shitty policies and surprise cancellations drove millions into bankruptcy.

Your history rewrite is a failure.

More fail.

There was a phony bill that originated from a wingnut in Tulsa, Oklahoma. That phony bill, with all of its obvious errors, was believed to be the real bill by people too stupid to know how real bills are written.

Nancy Pelosi was informing the idiots that until the REAL bill was passed it, like every other bill, would not be available for public viewing.

Negged for trying to revive a long-debunked wingnut lie.

The irony is, extending the tax deduction to everyone is the exact same thing as the individual mandate. And they're going to pretend like it isn't.
