He's dead now. And apparently he didn't shoot anyone but himself.

Looks like he had a police record, but of course was still a free man because of our liberal laws that allow scumbags like this to stay out of jail.

Shoop, 20, was well known by local law enforcement. He had a history of drug use and abuse, Molinelli said.
