Sorry to piss on the partisan shit-fest - but Politicians and Presidents don't create jobs.

They also do not have anything to do with the performance of the stock market (which is controlled by mood and emotion not earnings or any other "fundamental" measurement).

Trump has actual created real jobs, in the private sector. Not as POTUS.

When social mood turns negative, the stock market will fall along with Trump or any other Presidents approval ratings.

Correct. Government doesn't create jobs, the private market does. However, government is involved with making that job creation more or less inviting. DumBama was the most anti-business President of our time. He did everything he could to discourage business from investments and security.

At least from my experience, we have had more jobs than people for quite some time now. The problem is (and was with DumBama) our government is competing with private industry for those people. If social programs pay near what an employer does, people opt to go on the dole. Why work when the government will pay you not to?

all of us over 40 folks have stories of how we remember "When There Was Nothing Here". Especially in Florida. I first lived in Boca Raton 1984, way out west when it was mostly woods. didnt take long before they made a city out of it. even south florida, why they hell did they keep building into the everglades? but they just kept going and going further west. god, enough already! they like to outdo one another with there estates on the beach here. theres 2 of them here,,,about 28,000 sq feet? really? one looks really out of place being the homes on either side are a mere 10,000 sq ft

ever been to cape cod? i have friends there, i have rarely seen a for sale sign. and i have driven all over that paradise. they love thier peace of paradise there. what happens there is that the homes are given to the next generation. anyone who drives there, sight seeing/vacation wishes they could have a summer home there. so do I!,,,,,you have to be a millionaire to buy the average property there, but thats if there are any!
