WCSC : 8-year-old charged with murder of 1-year-old left alone while mom went clubbing

A 26 year old mother of several kids left her 1 year old home with her 8 year old (where was Dad? Oh...nevermind)....who beat the baby to death for crying.

Baby Mama was out at Tha Club gettin her drank on.

She died hours later because the mother didn't seek immediate medical attention. The boy wasn't trying to kill her, just shut her up. But she died according to police because of the inaction of the adults.
