All politiicans should have a Mueller

Mueller's findings don't matter

as she says, both sides have had more than ample time to dig in and build their own story from the fragments of misinformation that are in fact already out there. there will be *something* in his reports that makes everyone feel THEY were right all along.

I've come to the conclusion that all politicians should have a Mueller. There should be someone there investigating every nook and cranny to investigate corruption no matter where it may be found. The longer the investigation goes on Trump, the more we have to conclude that nothing is really there.

I realize that this would only be adopted for the GOP and not the DNC, but I can dream can't I?

No, once Dims seize power after their coup the media will once again lay prone with their legs wrapped around the new enlightened Progressive President that can do no wrong.
They should. And the Mueller (or Ken Starr or whomever) should have someone following him/her around, looking for any bullshit.
It is already that way! The intelegence world has a greating where one askes "Hey wutcha been upto?" and the reply is " Oh, I've been watchin you watchin me."

You all seemed very happy when Hillary's corruption was being exposed by the Russians. You were downright gleeful. And at the time I pointed out the help from the Russians was selective, and that if Trump's dirty laundry was exposed, you would see he was just as, if not more, corrupt as Hillary.

The simple fact is that if Trump's dirty laundry had been aired, too, he would not be President today.

The problem is not special prosecutors.

The problem is you tards keep selecting the worst possible pieces of shit in the primaries.
To a degree Iceberg may be right in his post 20, although the link is broken. Trump wasn't elected on a republican platform. That is in a sense the case against him. The platform had to be changed for Russia. He didn't run on Reagan's a rising tide lifts all boats, he ran on "it's time we paid the bastards back and stop the brown invasion, legal and illegal." But Iceberg's right that nothing Mueller can charge will change the sense that Trump opposed all greivances his supports have or imagine. And that assumes the DOJ will even let US see Mueller's report, when Trump will do everything he can to deep six that baby. LOL

Hillary for all her faults wasn't nominated on an agenda of grievances. She was running for Obama's third term. Obviously, history conspired to give us a curveball, not totally unlike how Gary Hart threw the thing to Reagan's third term.

And Sanders socialism light was never predicated on punishing the rich so much as it was the advertised as 'the path to prosperity."

really? working for me. it's on the hill and a new sharyl attkisson article. she's basically saying after 19+ months, people have already used whatever "news" they could find to justify how they will eventually feel when the report finally comes out. we've all spent this time validating sources, or invalidating them for no other reason than we like or don't like them.

so when his report does in fact come out, it won't matter because a vast majority of people have already made up their minds and will find what they need in the report to validate their "Feels" just the same.

If you wonder how Hitler could have come into power just look around at the crazy incoherent angry left that wants to create a permanent shadow (Gestapo?) "special council" to monitor elected officials. Who monitors the monitor? We get to hire and fire Congress people every two years and the President every four years. Isn't that good enough?

Everything changes if and when Mueller uncovers any Russian mob money laundering done by TrumpCo.

The Republicans impeached Clinton for lying about a blowjob.

Trump lied about bribing a hooker he fucked. I don't see any difference.

Can you imagine had Obamas ties to Price Alaweed and Khalid Monsour, or his Kenyan birth- real or a cover story to get accepted into college had a real investigation

Hopefully, Mueller never finds the truckload of unmarked Putins that Uncle Vlad sent to DB to loan to Jared on 666 Fifth Avenue because then you would have the evidence that Trump conspired to collude with Putin to obstruct Hillary from taking her rightful place on the American Throne

We're establishing a new precedence.

The loser gets to harass the winner with legal action his or her entire term of office.
Has the GOP appointed a special prosecutor against the next Dim President yet?
Probably not.
That's what the Dims do.
The GOP likes to wait till a crime is committed.

Or probe it for 6 years. The difference is that Secretary Clinton answered the questions. Where’s your blob at? Oh yeah…running like a coward.

She also lied under oath, but nobody cares about that. It only matters that Trump could maybe possibly lie under oath if questioned by Mueller. Hillary gets away with it and Trump is crucified before it’s even happened.

Trump will do all he can to not let us see the report. And I don't think McConnell will allow Trump to be removed no matter how deep the Russians have planted themselves in him, because McConnell has bet everything on the sixth Justice seat.

In a sense, Trump's election is a product of that quest for power v. humility towards the office. Carter revels in his history and what he sees as vindication, and Reagan was more than willing to be a one termer rather than lower rates and give up on monetarism and Friedman.

Trump is simply running on grievance, which isn't totally unlike McConnell. Romney looks like a pillar of idealism in comparison. LOL

Of course McConnell could just look at demographics and figure his only chance to exert influence past a decade is to sell out what the GOP stood for from 1948-56 to 1988

The Republicans are the ones investigating Trump. So far.

More and more of Trump’s hires are pleading guilty, cooperating with the independent counsel, spending time in jail, etc… And now it sounds like the campaign finance laws were violated.
Many are just as much a part of the Swamp as the Dims.

In fact, it would not surprise me to see the Senate go along with the House with impeachment.
Is it possible that Trump is guilty of conspiring with the Russians to hack the DNC and Podesta’s computers?
Nothing was hacked. Podesta handed over his password voluntarily as a result of an ordinary phishing expedition. From there getting into the DSNC was easy.

And Trump was signing campaign finance disclosures under oath.

But neither should be grounds for impeachment was the point.

Moneylaudering for Russia ... if there's a colorable case for that, and Trump is not put under oath ..... that would be wrong.

Ah. It's only a crime if you do it in the Oval Office, on a Tuesday night, after 7 pm, on an even date, in an odd year.

I don't think Clinton told his lie in the Oval Office, no.

Keep moving those goalposts!

No no no....what we need is a direct pipeline of Russian Propaganda from Putin to the highest bidder to use in a presidential race and then blame the other party for Russian Collusion.

Works pretty good, unless you have a candidate most Americans hate like Hillary Clinton.
