Americans clearly voted their disgust with the Liberal Agenda.

...one has to wonder where the poll was taken because not one replied fix the economy and create more jobs.
That's just it; outside of the Right Wing Bubble, most Americans recognize that unemployment is down, the stock market is up, and that the economy is heading, more, or less, in the right direction. However, they also recognise that income inequality is still a serious issue, and that they just do not have the purchasing power with their paychecks that they used to. Which is why minimum wage is an issue for a majority of Americans.

That's kind of the point; the last election results make no sense, when considered beside what Americans think should be Congressional priorities, and yet Americans are pleased with the results.

One is forced to consider the possibility that American voters are unaware of which party holds what ideology, or what issues are priorities to whom.

Wait............

What?

Time out.

We need a liberal huddle.

A liberal huddle is when a bunch of halfwits gather in a circle and pass a joint.
Gee...there's an observation that lends itself to discussion, and intelligent debate. Of course what can one expect from someone who uses an image showing Obama next to Stalin, and Hitler. I rather suspect that the irony of trying to compare Obama to both of those gentlemen, simultaneously is probably lost on the retard that would use that picture...

This has been the mantra of every Right Wing hack since the election. Republicans won. It is because Americans are sick of Progressives, and sent a clear mandate that they want Republicans to stop Obama, and his Liberal agenda.

Are you sure about that? Really? Have you actually asked what American voters want? The Wall Street Journal did this week. the answers were...confusing...to say the least.

Here, let me clear up the confusion about what happened earlier this month at the polls:

Midterm Election Update 2014 Most Voters Focused On Economy Domestic Issues -- Not ISIS Ebola

Here is the list of top American concerns two days before the election by the same outfit that apparently did the op. No mention of student loans. Reaffirms that the op is bogus, and just a thinly veiled attempt to say that liberal initiatives are what Americans are worried about. Nice try.
Two things about this. First, the poll you refer to was specifically "likely voters", which the poll in the OP very much was not, which actually could explain a lot. One may want certain things to be done, but if you don't actually get off your lazy ass, and vote, the likelihood of your concerns being addressed? Well...not so much.

Second, even your poll suggested that the majority of people wanted a Democrat controlled congress. Yet, they didn't get out to make that happen...

The top five things that Americans want the incoming Congress do work on are, in order:

  • Lower Student Loans
  • Infrastructure (Increase spending on Roads, and highway projects)
  • Raise the minimum wage
  • Address Climate Change
  • Approve funding to fight Ebola in West Africa

So, American voters want the incoming Congress to do the very things that the people the American voters just elected to be in charge of Congress are vehemently, and adamantly opposed to doing. So, surely, American voters must be feeling pretty stupid right now, right? Actually, no. In the exact same poll, when asked how they feel about the last election, 53% said they feel positive about the outcome of the election.

So, lets recap. over half of the country feels good about electing the party to be in control of Congress that is guaranteed to not do the very things that the clear majority of the country feels are the five most important things for Congress to do.

What clear mandate were you right wingers talking about again?

Hide the truth in a lot of numbers ... the liberal agenda, and the lawlessness of the left, were summarily rejected.

Learn it ... live it ... love it.

WEll, facts say otherwise, but hey. You wanna stick with your opinion, you're certainly welcome...

Student Loans are high because they are defaulted or unpaid more often than not. Here's a tip...get a freaking part time job to pay your way or better still do a couple of years in the U.S. Military and use the G.I. Bill.
