there is evidence....Juanita Broderick...and then there is the friend of Elizabeth Gracen who said she was told by Gracen that clinton raped her...and pointed to the lip biting that broderick also said happened during her attack......and even Gracen.....stated they did have sex....

And at the time Gracen told the world they had sex he was the sitting President.....no intimidation there...right?

I didn't say convicted - Cosby's been charged and arrested. That means there is enough evidence to charge him. That doesn't mean he's guilty. Dennis Hastert however pled guilty.
