Another Black Loser Gets Shot By Police - Jacob Blake Deserved What He Got

Possibly violating someone's civil rights are never irrelevant.
SCOTUS upheld Law Enforcement's right to stop and question someone some 50 years ago.

This thugs Civil Rights were not violated.

He fought with police, was tazed, and continue to ignore commands and went to his vehicle to get a weapon.

THAT is what is relevant in this case.

The police have to suspect you of a crime for you to have to comply.
He had a warrant for his arrest, retard. :cuckoo:

Cops for years got away with breaking the law. Turn about is fair play.
So you think just because some cops in the past did wrong things it justifies attacking other innocent cops today? You are the epitome of an idiot.

Absolutely not. That's why it's so important to weed out the cops who can't do the job without killing unarmed people.

You keep ignoring it, but it's a flash second to grab a gun and shoot a cop dead. You keep ignoring that.

Nope. Already answered you. The cops should have never let him open the door to his car. They fucked up. Now their facing attempted murder charges. Which is really, kind of unfair. Clearly their training didn't prepare them for this.

Why shouldn't they have allowed him to open his door?

Kaz is making excuses for shooting him seven times, in the back, at point blank range, in front of his children. He claims the cops thought he was reaching for a gun.

There's nothing at all wrong with him opening his door, unless he was going for a gun. If that's what the cops were worried bout, they should have never let him open the door. Kaz is just dancing. Anything to defend the home team.

When you say things like "in front of his children" you show that you're appealing to emotion, not logic.

Why did he defy cops in front of his children? What a terrible example that was

Again, why was he not allowed to get in his car and leave?

Because the police discovered that there was a warrant for his arrest...

When? How? He had no obligation to tell them anything. He had committed no crime.

Yes, he did. There was an open warrant out for his arrest which had absolutely nothing to do with this incident...

He had committed no crime in breaking up a fight. He is free to leave.

That's what the cops had to sort out. Being in the middle of a fight is clearly probable cause

Breaking up a fight is not illegal. The police are not providing any sort of alternative situation. They do when it tends to exonerate them. They don't when it doesn't.

And if the cops did something wrong, then he should follow up later. Not ignore them and put them in a life threatening situation by going into his car where they can't see what's going on

None of the cops lives were threatened.
They were when the mad man who had guns pointed at him disobeyed their orders and then opened the door and reached inside his car.

He was climbing inside his car. There are going to be a ton of dead people if cops find that threatening.

Actually it's incredibly rare that people ignore the police and climb into their car fortunately. Most people in real life aren't as stupid as you are.

I advocate it for you though. Ignore the police telling you to freeze and climb in your car. Go for it. When they shoot your white ass full of holes, the good news is you'll realize it wasn't race related ...

Even when blacks like Philandro Castillo are doing nothing wrong and trying to obey the cops they still get killed.

Even when cops lie and bust into people's houses doing absolutely nothing illegal and get murdered like Breonna Taylor the cops actions get excused.
Those events are CRAZY rare! If you have the expectation that cops will always be infallible, you are naive and dumb. Why not protest car accidents and bee stings while youre at it?

Rare or not does NOT excuse what happened and is not a reason for those who do it to evade prosecution.

So is the solution not simple? If it's so rare why is it so controversial to prosecute those who do wrong?

Should a police officer not be prosecuted for perjury?
Why would you want to prosecute THESE cops? You cant let felons with warrants disobey police orders at gun point and reach into their cars. That would be fucking crazy.

That's not what I asked you. If you wish to answer my question I would answer yours for the 5th or 6th time.
No, THESE cops shouldnt be prosecuted. They should be given an award for taking this man off the streets. What kind of father puts his children in danger like that? These people are soulless.

Your reply is how I determine I am on the right track. Should a police officer be prosecuted for perjury?

We have no idea if that is true yet or not. Unless they can state why they wanted to question and taser him his rights were violated.
A warrant was issued for his arrest the day before. Quit commenting on stories you arent familiar with. Your ignorance based opinions are completely worthless here.

That question has been answered at least 50 times in this thread. Learning disability?

No it hasn't. There have been a few that made after the fact arguments but I want to know exactly why he wasn't simply allowed to leave? He did nothing illegal.
You don't know that. Typical lib thinking you are smarter than you actually are.

pknopp doesn't care what she knows. She believes it. That's more important to her

I'm male.

Sort of. OK. I think I mixed you up with playtime. You both wanted the cop to get killed to prove he wasn't racist

I want no one killed. I'm pro-life.

Right. You wanted the guy getting in the car to be able to grab a gun and shoot the cop, but you didn't want the cop to be killed. That's as stupid as it sounds.

When you tie someone's hands and shoot them in the chest, you can't claim you didn't want to kill them. Fail

According to the criminal complaint, Blake and two women were at the Brass Monkey tavern, 1436 Junction Avenue, Saturday when Blake got into an argument with another patron and pulled a black handgun. Blake pointed the gun at the other man, and the magazine fell to the floor. The bartender told Blake to leave, and he did but then pointed the gun through the window at patrons inside the bar before walking south on Junction Avenue.

Blake was known to police and there was an active warrant out for his arrest at the time he was shot.

You have no idea if they knew him or not.
Why do you suppose they were arresting him then?

Maybe because he refused to give him is name. If he had committed no crime he doesn't have to. Cops often times don't like you exercising your rights.

Your reply is how I determine I am on the right track. Should a police officer be prosecuted for perjury?
If a cop perjures himself, of course he should be punished. Unlike you, i want ALL criminals in jail.

And that so many are not prosecuted is why people are protesting. The officer that got a warrant on Breonna Taylor was reported to have lied to the judge to get it. Why is he not being prosecuted? Why are we getting no information on that? It's not a major investigation to determine this.
MANY black criminals are prosecuted either.

They are all criminals aren't they?
Yes, all black criminals are criminals. Brilliant observation!
