Near a school, unnecessary high speed chase, civilians put in danger, another care hit, people injured.

The man had not been accused of any crime and after a "troubled past", for which he had paid his dues to society and was working as a "good barber" and was a "hard working person".

Not suicide by cop but being black, he surely knew the cops would gun him down for his "crimes" of "suspicious activity," including unsafe lane changes.

No, this isn't a "good shoot". Its just that we've gotten numb to the constant gunning down of blacks, constant shootings and the idiotic high speed chases.
