Been dealing with this for a couple months. Slowly getting better. What a fucking bitch getting that nerve flossed

Tried to work through it but have been on Injured Reserve for 2 weeks from bowling.....Sucks

That sounds brutal man.

I'll trade you degenerative disc disease for a bit just take your mind off it?
I know I know...The next guy is 5 times as fucked up.....................I hear ya

They've been telling me my neck has been bad for 10 yrs.........Recently my ortho says I feel way better than my xrays have been telling us.lolol.Just luck so far.keep it going

I had it, my wife found an exercise that took care of it in 2 days. The link is at work, I'll message you with it tomorrow
Thanks bro. Just link it here for any other souls. Getting a lot better with nerve flossing but I bet it could be a chronic flare up. She have any flare ups. I'll gladly take it for reference

Was it bothering her for a bit. The morning was a real SOB after sleeping

Ohhhh shit.I was just wunderin if anyone had this before.now I get a medical dictionary......lolol

Seriously I hope your C surgery was positive bro

The C and the back came out fine.
It's the damn hip that keeps giving me problems. Have one more surgery to go,sure hope it fixes it.
As it is I'm taking morphine and muscle relaxers like candy.

I get the exact same thing.

Thing is I've only had mild discomfort here and there. Again lucky. But I think these guys want my neck to snap and put me on an Iron lung to prove their point

Yeap...the guy next to ya always has harder luck.

Everytime I try and stop taking the morphine I'm reminded right quick that the hip is still fucked up.
Dont know what it is about me and pain meds like morphine and oxy but I dont get any buzz at all off of them.
I guess I should be thankful.

Feel better soon. Sounds ridiculously painful. A friend told me Jameson whiskey works wonders . . .

I did. Was really messing up my golf game. Finally got it operated on, now I have a scar that looks like a shark bite on my elbow but no more pain

Holy jeepers man. You must have been in agony from wake up to noon. When you need surgery for this, you must have bitten a lot of towels before that in agony

It is debilitating when your whole shoulder to your last 2 fingers tingles, burns, fucking painful, numb all at once

The pain depended upon what I was doing, but it was totally killing my golf game. And sleeping was hard because of the pinky and ring finger going numb like you talked about.

The surgery was not bad, was a quicker recovery than my carpal tunnel surgery (though with that I did both hands at the same time). I did it in Sept last year so was fully healed by golfing time. Golf was so much better this past year thank to doing it.

Doctors are like used car salesman anymore. Unless you're on a gubmint plan (VA/Medicare/Medicaid).

If you're on private health insurance...cha ching!

Give you an example...alllll my medical shit is tied to my VA disability (90%).

My private doctor sees my wackjob joints (shoulders, back, knees) and wants me to get to a specialist and get scans and "arthroscopic scope cartilage graphology", yada yada...pronto!

VA..."Here is some Tramadol (I don't take that junkie shit)" "Physical therapy" "increase mobility".

Like I said...I'm not in pain though it looks by the x-rays that one day I am gonna wake up in some serious trouble.

When that happens...go to the VA and they will cut on me fer freeeeee....in about five years.

Man they try to give me tramadol when that shit flares up...I want no part of it.

I just take an NSAID and wait for that shit to pop back into a good spot.

I don't look down on a man who needs it though.

I am not going down that road till I have to.

Tramadol doesnt do a damn thing for me as far as a pain reliever.
