Exactly what I expected. It was never about who was the best qualified; it was always about loyalty and who kisses the most MAGA ass.

I'd like to get your best guess on something.

Growing up in the Bay Area, I was a big fan of the Oakland Raiders, the bad guys. Broke the rules, played nasty, but won. And America loves its movie anti-heroes, the bad guy who's fun to watch anyway.

Do you think there is a component of that here? Ignoring rules and laws is fun if it goes your way? That they feel so wronged and victimized that the worse and uglier the party gets, the better? The worse and uglier their leader gets, the better? The guys in the black hats are the heroes?
