First off this thread is NOT about climate it's about strategy. This must be a trick. No way they could be that stupid. Most of the people hurting in this country don't give a damn about the climate. People that care are already in the dem camp so what's to gain?

People are losing jobs.
Healthcare costs are skyrocketing.
Employers are cutting hours.
We're in massive debt.
Spending is still out of control.
Welfare handouts are at their highest ever.
We're being overrun on our southern border. Afghanistan is disintegrating before our eyes.

And the dems choose climate change as their hot topic?

I think they're going to use a lot of things like Ted Cruz for one. That shutdown is going to be a big and scary Teaparty problem.

They're also going to use the way Cons used the filibuster until Harry finally had to make them stop.

Climate change is good but Democrats aren't just one issue voters.

Naw. It's tjust that they've tried every other issue and gotten their heads handed to them on every one. Would you believe that for a while they were going to run in 2016 on the strength of Obamacare???

The fact that they are considering making Global Whatever their main "good point", shows you just how much other stuff has already been tried and rejected.
