Guy is brilliant.........I was walking around college campus in 1980 a full fledged Marxist, all proud with my Marx/Engels Reader under my arm 24 hours a day!! By 20, I had read the "German Ideology" 6 or 7 times and all the European philosophers.

Then I started reading Sowell, who made me realize that from Plato and Hobbes through Marx, they never wrote at all about economics in their utopian thinking. Sowell exposed socialism and communism to me........the intersection between the incapable and the incompetent.

If you ever get a chance, go look at some YOUTUBE videos of Sowell debates.........the guy cleans clocks every single time and makes the other side look so silly its stoopid.
