If you followed my smoker thread, you would know that i have been eating like a king since i bought my Traeger 2 months ago. I smoked $200 worth of beef brisket last weekend. Ive smoke prime rib, whole turkey, beef brisket, pork shoulder, corned beef, baby back ribs, burgers, brats, whole chicken, chicken drum sticks, party wings, etc, etc, etc.

Who else is smoking meat?

I just bought a Traeger Ironwood 885. Im shocked by how easy it is to use and how effective it is. I made pulled pork with an 8 pound bone in pork shoulder. I had never smoked anything in my life, yet that pulled pork was as good or better than anything ive ever eaten at any legit BBQ joint...
