Why did they not search the grounds more thoroughly?
Why did they not detain him when he was simply a person of interest?
Why did they ignore the people who told them about the gunman fired a shot?
Why did they wait 120 seconds before firing a shot?
Why did they ignore the gunman's drone?
Why didn't they have at least one drone, helicopter, or eye in the sky of their own?
Why did they use Temp workers as SS instead of those trained and qualified to do the job?
Why are they not doing daily briefings while investigating their fuckups?

Really ?

Your questions provide you with an obvious answer .

But move on and deal with the fact that there were at least two shooters. and then ask yourself , Why .

And ask yourself whether someone is a shooter simply because they are carrying a weapon .
Surely the correct term is potential shooter until you have more facts .

By the time you get the facts you are waiting for, we will be on a permanent war footing, you will either be "with us or against us" (remember Bush the Dumber grinning?), and will see that there is a real downside to expressing any doubts publicly.

Why didn’t they have radio contact with the Snipers telling them man with a gun on the roof?

you can hold a person of interest for 48 hours. and if that person becomes a better person instead of an assassin then good to go.
