For example: if you make $40K per year this bonus is 2.5% of your income. AT&T is receiving a permanent tax reduction equal to 14% of net profit. If employees were getting a permanent 14% increase in income, it would be $5,600 per year.

That’s why we’re not jumping up and down over these paltry amounts being paid out.
