Hey, will. This Australian legislation reminds me of the time I was watching the House 5 minute speeches on C-Span. Reps get 5 minutes before the session begins to talk about anything they want. On the day I recall, Jim Trafficant was responding to the news report that the guy that killed John Lennon wanted an electric guitar in jail. Trafficant spoke for 5 minutes, red face, spit flying, fists flailing on how the perp should get the electric chair instead. And watching Parliament is even funnier. The members never speak directly to each other, but to the Chairman only, yet they go after each other like pitbulls.

I respect Australian citizen's right to speak their mind, I even agree, but an official legislative comment is way too far for them to go.
