The facts don't need to be waited for. They are already here NOW.

1. Marginal Marilyn didn't wait for any facts. She rushed into a charge the first day on the case.

2. The "charges" she placed don't fit the actions. The actions are torts (at best). Not crimes.

3. MM has shown exuberance in placing these charges. She uses political language in her delivery. She is about as professional in all this as a wart hog.

Where is your evidence that the cops caused the injuries??? It takes a little more then hear say to convict.
