Even the Baptists don't believe baptisms are necessary, despite popular belief. It's just a symbolic gesture for the congregation to witness, not a necessity for being saved or whatever. Baptism is a spiritual conversion, not a physical immersion. Catholics and their spinoffs put a lot of stock in it, though.

It doesn't matter what religion you fall under. I quit believing when I was 50 or around or so, I grew up pious before the lord.
