So which is it, the Republicans and Obama have an ongoing log jam that most people in the country, if not the world, acknowledge exists, and the Dems love to scream about, or Obama has managed to do whatever he pleases. It cannot be both.

Fact is that he doesn't, and hasn't, had the votes to do anything really major, such as carbon credits, since those mid terms.

Obama's popularity is similar to that of a president of yesteryear, whose popularity rises after he's out of office, except in this case he's been nearly reduced to that while still sitting in the chair, and with similar results.
