But if you tell impressionable young people like these two teens that they have a privilege they didn't realize they had, of course they are going to exercise the newly discovered privilege.

That's human nature.

Worse yet is if you tell white people they are privileged, then blacks will believe it and hate them thinking they are superior.

If you tell whites like me they are privileged they will stand there and look around and say "no I'm not". If I am privileged I wish someone would tell everyone else I am so I can get the benefits.
