DumDum the official Benghazi report does not mention Trump. If you are referring to the Democratic version, yes, it does refer to Trump but only because Donald Trump has made baseless accusations that Democrats felt were necessary to clear up so Americans wouldn't be confused by the slog of lies out of the fat bloviator's mouth.
