Gender dysphoria is when physical gender and mental gender do not match, and mental gender is created by puberty.
It can not possibly exist before puberty.

If you have XX chromosomes, you technically are a woman, but an abnormality can still result in a penis instead of a vagina.
Similarly, a vagina does not mean female.
If you have XY chromosomes, you technically are a man, but an abnormality can still result in a vagina instead of a penis.
And if those mismatch combinations, then you have to add the potential mismatches of whatever puberty does, 13 years later.
And my main point, is that you have to wait until after puberty to know what is best for the patient.
