Black Friday Wal-Mart Walkout

we already are, moron.

Not Walmart's problem that Lefthards give handouts for everything.

Do you have an Obamaphone as of yet?

Wal-Mart is larger than 10% of the US retail economy. It is likely that Wal-Mart drug over 100% of that sector into the welfare state. They also influence our elected officials into supporting them with my tax dollars. I will save money if they went out of business.

No.

Nobody was forced to shop at Walmart.

I find it interesting that somebody such as 'Oddball' would wash the ballsack of a communist such as you, however.

And all those employees would be jobless and on unemployment. Guess who pays for that?

It's my concern & it is about to be their concern soon. I am beyond done with paying for their workers so Walmart can rob me the tax payer & them the workers of our wealth. This shit will end one way or another. If I don't shop there my taxes should not be taken to support Walmart & their employees.

Same goes for all retailers, restaurant & fast food chains. Stop shitting on tax payers & workers & pay your own bills just like I do or I will continue to vote for people who will shit on you.

Great! Hope you don't mind cutting the checks!

we already are, moron.

isn't it funny how resentful these twits are when people get paid a decent wage for a decent days' labor...

or when they have things like ... oh no!!!... holidays off with their families.

like walmart provides emergency services.

retards.

Good for them.

Yeah genius, good for them. Maybe if you were honest and paid attention, instead of being a hack, you would acknowledge what just happened to those at Hostess and they had a union to back them.

aren't you bored by yourself yet, troll?

everyone else is.

Hey, good contribution to the topic. Be sure to help me again later in exposing you as 2012's most worthless poster. There's a prize issued.

Jillian's brain hurts when she tries to make actual 'contribution.'

Hey boy blunder, no one wants to deprive them of anything. One needs to pick and choose one's battles and especially the timing of them.

A group of Wal-Mart workers are planning to stage a walkout next week on Black Friday, arguably the biggest holiday shopping day for the world's largest retail store.

The walkout builds on an October strike that started at a Wal-Mart in Los Angeles and spread to stores in 12 other cities. More than 100 workers joined in the October actions.

One of the workers who plans to join next week's walkout is William Fletcher, who works at a Wal-Mart in Duarte, Calif.Fletcher, who also participated in the October strikes, claims Wal-Mart cut his hours after he asked to move from the receiving department to another division because of a knee injury. He has since switched departments.

"I kept asking myself, 'when is the retaliation for speaking our mind and acting on our rights going to stop?' " he said. Wal-Mart did not have an immediate comment in response to Fletcher's claim.

The union-backed groups OUR Walmart and Making Change at Wal-Mart, and a watchdog group Corporate Action Network, are calling on the nation's largest employer to end what they call retaliation against employees who speak out for better pay, fair schedules and affordable health care.......

Just fire their lazy asses.........
Are Walmart employees indentured or held somehow in thrall to their employer? If they don't get what they feel they deserve from the management at Walmart, they can most certainly seek elsewhere. So here we've got another bunch of entitled slobs who would rather put everyone employed by a company on the street. If I were running one of those stores, and some of my employees pulled shit like this, they would definitely be looking for that better-paid job they seem to think they are worthy of...

Maybe if Walmart offers them "free stuff" they won't walk out

I recall just last month when someone used that term, the left loons shit themselves in feigned outrage.

One, it doesn't affect me because I refuse to shop on black friday. Two, go ahead, there are people dying to take the strikers jobs.

Thanks for posting that so now we all know you are not smart enough to know the difference between Walmart & Hostess. :cuckoo:

Maybe if you had even a brain fart in place of an actual brain you'd get it. Hostess reacted by filing for bankruptcy. Now 18,000 people have no job.

These folks strike and Wal Mart will fire them and they have no union to go to bat for them. They end up fired.

See both examples, the strikers end up fired...with or without a union.

That was my point. Yours is on your head, dunce.

it's all our problem that we're subsidizing walmart's operating costs.

i guess you hypocrites are okay with socialism if it's *privatized*

No one forces anyone to shop at WalMart. Were you concerned with subsidizing with Solyndra?

Don't know if anyone has already mentioned this or not, but no one forces anyone to shop at WalMart.

i agree.... fire them. If they don't want to work... accommodate them and let them go. I am very sure there will be a line of other people dying to take their positions.
