Was Sandy Aid only provided to the people of New Jersey? NY, MD, PA, and DE were hit by the storm as well. (Im sure some others are on the list as well)

I don't treat them like they are incompetant fools who can't do anything good in life and have to depend on whites in government for everything they need like you do.
