Brave Hero Steps Up And Takes Out Homeless Thug On NYC Subway

If you’ve ever been in a subway car in NYC when one of the many panhandlers aggressively “ask” for money (and been subjected to their vitriolic and lunatic behavior when you decline to “assist” them), then you know that it’s not all that rare. They can become violent and dangerous. New Yorkers read the stories on a regular basis.

The once great city of NY has become much worse in recent years, too. It is a violent, filthy, dangerous place and the subways are especially foul.

Maybe the ”hero” shouldn’t have kept the panhandler in that chokehold. But does it surprise anybody that a DA like Alvin Bragg would not bother to investigate the incident even long enough to consider if a prosecution is warranted?

I don’t know that it would constitute murder. But maybe a manslaughter. Or maybe it was justified.

But I do know that real people in the real world don’t like a DA who can’t be bothered to fight real crime. And instead this clown goes after Trump on these ridiculous charges. Because … politics!

So the perp had and arrest record…40 arrests.

The “white guy” was a US Marine. So obviously whitey needs to be thrown in prison even though he was dealing with a maniac. Gotta wonder what drugs the homeless guy was on.

Loks like the race baiters found their new George Floyd.

"Dramatic new video shows a straphanger taking matters into his own hands, pinning down an unhinged man in a deadly incident at a Manhattan subway station this week. The 24-year-old passenger stepped in after the vagrant, identified by sources as Jordan Neely, 30, began going on an aggressive rant on a northbound F train Monday afternoon, according to police and a witness who took the video. He started screaming in an aggressive manner,” freelance journalist Juan Alberto Vazquez told The Post. “He said he had no food, he had no drink, that he was tired and doesn’t care if he goes to jail. He started screaming all these things, took off his jacket, a black jacket that he had, and threw it on the ground.”

That’s when he said the straphanger came up behind Neely and took him to the ground in a chokehold — keeping him there for some 15 minutes, Vazquez said. The approximately three-minute-and-a-half-long video shot by Vazquez shows the subway rider lying on the floor of the train with his arm wrapped around the man’s neck. Neely — who was living on the streets and had a history of mental health issues — lost consciousness after being put in the chokehold, and EMS workers at the station were unable to revive him, police and law enforcement sources said. The straphanger — who sources said is a Marine veteran — was taken into custody and later released without charges."

Thank God this guy was on this train and stepped up to protect other passengers; he quite literally saved dozens of lives by taking about this homeless thug. Hopefully, he inspires others to do the same; because that is how this filth should be dealt with; we can't always rely on the cops to do the job for us, we have to do it ourselves...and as you see, he was released without charges, which makes it pretty clear that it is a lawful act to fight back against these vagrant scumbags. You all have seen it, you have seen these homeless people walking around, talking to themselves, acting erratically, basically posing a threat to everyone around them...and what did we do? We did nothing.....now is the time to do something about it.....thanks to this guy for showing us the way.

The POS should get the death penalty, however the soft on crime Democrats love the perps more than the victims.

I've never heard anyone referred to as a "straphanger" before. I imagine since another rare instance of a white person involved in the death of a black person the media will be going crazy with this story for a while, and he might end up getting a manslaughter charge in the end.
The New York City subway system used to have leather straps to hold onto while standing instead of these new, easier to clean steel handles.

A subway rider hung onto a strap for balance during starts and stops.

He had no reason to kill Jordan Neely. I hope he stands trial for murder.

Jordan neely was arrested for breaking the face of an elderly woman, and punching another senior, on two separate occasions. In 2015, Neely was arrested for dragging a 7 year old down a street in an attempted kidnapping. He got 4 months in jail for that. Going on a train and threatening ppl? He wouldn't have spent one day in lockup for that. Give this marine a ceremony and medal for his bravery.

"Saved dozens of lives"? Huh???

Why do some people keep repeating this? Nobody on the train that day knew the guy's record.

Before our time, primarily.

Rudy was on the road to fixing a great deal of it after he and his prosecutorial team had done a wonderful job of crushing the mob. He was cleaning up the blight of Times Square. He was getting the squeegee guys to get the fuck out. He was working on repairing many things.

But he got replaced by several flops who allows the improvements to wither and die.

And I can smell. NYC stinks. Always has. We should give it back to the Dutch.
Ok. I wasn’t talking about things like that. Although I would concede that I wouldn’t wanna take a breath of “fresh” air in San Francisco.
