I don't think they will have to resort to forcing him out.

The gears are already in motion. Obama walked Joe off stage like a senile old man. Then they set Joe up for the debate. Then they got Stepanapoulos to ask Joe 20 times in 20 minutes why he is holding on despite being unfit.

Obama, Pelosi and Schumer will inform Joe it is time to go, and that will be it.
