It appears that neither you or Palin realize that the Department of Energy does not control 'oil and gas and minerals, those things that God has dumped on this part of the Earth for mankind's use'? That would be The Department of the Interior as the main function of the DoE is research, handling of our nuclear weapons, and, the disposal of nuclear waste. Too funny.
