It's not quite as simple as you want to make it and Exxon is suing treasury over it-

Exxon had already inked those legal documents a year prior. Based on their interpretation of the law, and judging by their communications with OFAC and public statements by Obama, they believed they were not in breach of sanctions. None of the contracts had anything to do with sanctioned activity. And the deal was not a direct benefit to Sechin. Had Exxon known Sechin's signature was a red flag, they would have had another executive sign the legal documents instead.

By the time you map out a plan for
* comprehensive prison reform and universal health care
* peace justice, access to education, jobs and services for all
* equal inclusion and equal protection of the laws including
due process and representation in govt and redressing grievances/petitions

You end up with localized self-govt.
* The SAME goals as
Libertarians and Conservatives who want "freedom of choice"
but call it civil liberties reserved to people and states
* The SAME goals between Socialists who want workers to have equal voice and power and Capitalists who want individuals to have free enterprise and free market
