The comey contemporaneous memos are part of the Special Counsel investigation in to Obstruction of Justice.... and as I said on the last thread on this....

Nunes and Gowdy can get them after the Mueller investigation is over, from the House Judiciary committee who will have them as part of their Trump impeachment investigation/review!

Trumnp has the power to order he turn the stuff over. Every
member of those committees have the security clearance to
read everything, thus they cannot stall based on national security
reasons. Especially Oversight. They can't do their job at all if they are
not given the materials.

What is scary is if Trump were impeached, found guilty and removed from office, would he leave? He would hire a bank of lawyers and try to stay in office issuing tweets by the tons.
