If their criminal behavior overwhelms the system tough; let them deal with their own agenda failing. the Mexican govt. can set up refugee camps as well as any other country can and deal them; the majority of them are Mexican citizens, after all. And, why do the Duhversity Dumbasses think sending them back to their own countries is bad? Isn't that racist of them to think that? If they have to spend a long long time in a cattle pen while being processed, too bad, they will think twice about breaking the law next time.
