Bring The Troops Home Mr. President...

Whoa, calm down man. The Afghan War especially, should be over. We have no business being there at this point. We routed Al Qaeda and killed Bin Laden. It's over. It is time to come home.

"we"? We decide what and where we'll be...not some agitprop dipshit like you....blow it out your ass, bot.

And therein lies the problem. We shouldn't be Empre-Building. Our Founding Fathers didn't want that. We need to leave these countries and just come home.

"Hate us for our freedoms ?" You suckers believe that?

Lots of free countries in the world , they all ain't being target of terror attacks .

I see your script reminds you to stay on message and not reply to confrontations...same old shit, bot.

The war on terror is perpetual, get used to it
Maybe but we arent accomplishing anything there bbut wearing out equip

Let the military do their job, keep the politicians and spineless left out of it. You'll see results
I'd rather take what we have there sennd half to Iraq bring the rest home. If Iran gets hold of Iraq you have a much bigger prob.

Send them there and they'll regroup in Afghanistan.

Yesterday I watched a video of our military using white phos shells on ISIS..in the comments there were people screaming foul...what they didnt realize the shells were creating a screen so civilians could escape.

Keep the know nothings out of it

They have regrouped in Afghanistan.....we have the same problems there we did in Vietnam, Enemy hides in safe havens in other countries and returns at will and a weak govt incapable of mustering effective help on long term basis. Stories now of Russia feeding the insurgents there. Could care less what happens there, its not of strategic interest.

Good piece from Jacob G. Hornberger

Another terrorist attack in London, and more predictable responses from President Trump, British Prime Minister May, other public officials, and the mainstream press. We have to crack down on terrorism. The problem is with extremist Muslims. They hate us for our freedom and values. Don’t be afraid. Go about your daily lives as if nothing has happened.

And, of course, not one single word of the US government’s interventionist foreign policy in the Middle East and Afghanistan, which has entailed killing Muslims and other for at least 25 years and which continues unabated to this day, a policy with which the British government has partnered and supported since its inception.

Why not even a peep about more terrorist retaliation from US foreign interventionism?

Isn’t the answer obvious? If they mentioned that, that would cause people to ask a very basic question: Is the interventionism worth the death and destruction that comes as “Blowback,”...

So the Muslim Turks committed the Armenian Christian genocide because of US Troops?

:cuckoo:

Not following you on that one.

You are saying the islamic violence is as result of (blowback from) our military operations correct?

You gotta let go of that irrational anger, son. It isn't good for you.

Partially that, and the fact our Government has been funding & arming violent Islamists for many years. It goes all the way back to the US overthrowing the Democratically elected Mohammad Mossaddegh in Iran. That helped give rise to radical Islam, which led to the Islamic Revolution there. And then later, the US supported Bin Laden in Afghanistan. Those are forms of Blowback as well.

So what blowback caused the Muslim Turks to commit the Armenian genocide?
Some external influence motivated it?

Apples & Oranges. We're talking about the US.

we were talking about triggering muslims and I succinctly pointed out that they slaughter infidels / kufar readily without requisite triggers.

You've derailed. We aren't talking about the Turkish-Armenien conflict. Their problems with each other dates back centuries.
