Problem with those is many minorities self-identify as 'white', so the stats aren't very representative; they're supposedly going to have better granularity starting in 2016. I'll wait for those. Also cites aren't required to report at all, and many will deliberately skew their data they do report, and it's easy to figure out why some cities will fake data, especially re hate crimes.
