Give me a break. That was called diplomacy. Unlike Biden who calls Putin a Killer , but cant back anything up and is now enabling Putin to have his way with Ukraine,.... Trump said some nice things publicly about Russia, but that would be intended to reduce tensions later. His actual policies were to arm Ukraine militarily and to put a stop to that oil pipeline. A war of words really gets you no where. Actual tough policies gain you more respect. Right now Putin knows Biden is weak, he can pretty much tell there will be little will for resistance should they invade Ukraine.
