California's school test scores reveal gaping racial achievement gap
`The first results of a new test on student performance in California schools revealed a majority of students failed to meet state standards in math and English -- with a stark racial achievement gap despite decades of efforts to close it.
While 72 percent of Asian students and 61 percent of white students statewide met or exceeded standards in English, only 32 percent of Latino students and 28 percent of African-American students matched that achievement.
In math, scores were lower and the gaps wider: 69 percent of Asians, 49 percent of whites, 21 percent of Latinos and 16 percent of African-Americans met or exceeded standards.
Everyone in the greatest Country in the world has the same shot at success but democrats have convinced Black people that they are victims rather than potential achievers. LBJ's "great society" was nothing but a grand plan to use taxpayer funds to create a political plantation system where the democrat party would be guaranteed votes from Blacks in exchange for government care. The poverty pimps are the overseers and any Black person who gets out of line and becomes a success is called names like "uncle tom" and ostracized. No wonder Black kids rate lower on education when democrats have convinced them that the deck is stacked against them and it is useless to rely on anything but big government. Democrats have even gotten away with suggesting that Black people aren't able to obtain anything as basic as a photo I.D. in the 21st century.
Liberals will say the tests are culturally biased towards whites, but then let them explain why asians do so well.
Why can't we say what everyone knows is true.? Blacks are mentally inferior to whites and asians. Hispanics in general are ok but CA has been flooded with millions of illegals and they are the losers of latin america.

The Ku Klux Klan (remember that Democrat group back in the 1950's and early 1960"s) posted some medical and scientific data way back then that supposedly proved blacks were an inferior species.
