How is she not Biden? Harris has been along side of him for the last four years. His policies are her policies and worst of all, she covered up Joe Biden's progressive deterioration.

In this regard yes, they are the same. But if the Dems manage to turn these elections into a choice between personalities, rather than their policies, Kamala Biden may end up in a more favorable position. Old Joe was a much easier target.
