Candace Owens Takes Apart Kaepernick: Slavery Happens in Africa, Not America

Candace points out to the Left that Africa originated slavery of Blacks and still engages in it today. How come any talk about reparations from the Left never involves going after African Nations for their role in American Slave Trade? Why haven’t today’s activists who fight Black oppression take on these nations that permit Blacks to be enslaved?

LOL

But she uses analogies like “black plantation”

No African Nations had a role in the slave trade
They didn’t exist

No excuse especially in light of those nations that permit slavery today.

The OP highlights why Candace Owens is despised by blacks.

Spitting out the myth that it was blacks who were responsible for the slave trade shows how deeply she has sold out

“Black Plantation” is a mindset. All the Left and their talk about how “for” Blacks they are yet that is conditional provided they abide by the same mindset.

You call it a myth yet provide no empirically validated data to back it up. How and why is it a myth?

Are we to believe that a bunch of swashbuckling bellies white men wandered throughout Africa taking Blacks at whim to be traded with no resistance from villages .org tribes? You still skirt the issue as to why Blacks STILL engage in slavery today. America ceased a short lived practice 150 years ago

TRANSLATION: "She has left the plantation"...
...You might wanna taper your language to fit an angry minority population that is starting to feel the violation of their trust by white liberals so that, like all other racist acts of the left, [including slavery] you can later deny being any part of it and share your blame with all America...btw, you do owe reparations.

Yeah, whites played only a eensie-teensie bit part in slavery. They were hardly even noticeable.

Okay. Sure.

Meanwhile you ignore this:

Almost all the states north of the Mason-Dixon Line had voted to abolish slavery by the end of the Revolutionary War in 1783.

By 1804, all the Northern states had passed legislation ending slavery.

and,

As an aside, slavery was abolished in Great Britain in 1833 — over a half-century after the founding of the United States — further proving that The New York Times’ claim the colonies declared their independence to protect slavery is not grounded in reality.

White dominated parts of the world ended slavery over 150 years ago, while it still exist in Black dominated Africa today:

It’s interesting because currently, today in Africa, there are close to 700,000 slaves,” she continued, noting they are being enslaved by other Africans.

===

From Wikipedia:

The Act Prohibiting Importation of Slaves of 1807 (2 Stat. 426, enacted March 2, 1807) is a United States federal law that provided that no new slaves were permitted to be imported into the United States. It took effect in 1808, the earliest date permitted by the United States Constitution.

Exactly
Whites parading through Africa trying to capture slaves would have been massacred. They were not brave enough for that.

The easy way was to set up centralized slave prisons at the ports and pay exorbitant fees for slaves brought in. Yes, black Africans took the bait. But to claim they are the ones responsible for millions of slaves in the Americas is revisionist nonsense.
