Another way to get them to run is ask them to make some kind of wager.

It's going to be kind of boring for the next 3 months, as Clinton settles at around +5. Clinton-haters will keep getting more shrill, but the ending isn't in doubt. Sure, Trump could win if the Democrats were complacent, but that's not happening.
