Not really. NK is a ready Chinese proxy, all primed and ready to go. If they attack the South, that's a single theater of war. China can sit back and sell weapons and possibly send advisors. The US on the other hand has an obligation, to our troops stationed there and to South Korea. We must answer the call. That leaves China free to either enter at their leisure or open a separate theater.

North Korea has a large standing army that China could use as cannon fodder against South Korea, most of their weapons are old, but they are functional and their missiles could cause serious havoc. Knowing that Biden is a feckless old fool the worst dictators on the planet are getting ready to let it all hang out. Un would love to own SK. China wants Taiwan and beyond.
