It takes leadership from the top down to do something meaningful. Nothing I can do about it but report on it. We saw how unpopular it was to put America first with Trump. If the Chinese had the same slogan, how do you think it would have turned out?

Would people be attacking each other because they wanted their country to succeed?

And in the big picture, only in America is such a slogan needed. Every country has an innate desire for it to succeed. Only in America does 50% of the country hate the other 50%.

If the USA breaks into two I am ready to go with the conservatives and an 'American made' policy for as much as is practical. But America has lost its tech savvy for making lots of things we get from Asia. And it is not practical to make everything in America.

In realty, there will be no breakup. It is bad for commerce. As Mehico takes over the West and Texas. It will support China's prophesy for the rest of the USA. And a breakup is bad for security. With China's puppet Biden in the White House, there is no telling what will happen.
