Two people are stopped for speeding and given tickets. Both goes to court and one successfully convinces the judge that she was not speeding. The other does not successfully convince the judge that she was not speeding.

Is that not equal protection of the law.

But of course you say it is because of who 'was discriminated against'- but once again- someone- a judge or a jury- decides each case individually. There is no evidence that the judge was biased in either case.

You just want to play victim because you are unwilling to accept that the outcomes can be different.

So you agree that marriages which are intended to prevent same gender couples from marrying are unconstitutional based upon equal protection under the law?
