Not until a republican is using the powers that Obama is implementing. Then there will be outrage once again. Remember the anti-war left disappeared when Obama was elected and any that remained were no longer covered by the press. There is no reason that this process should not be the same on any other issue. As for the Patriot Act, Obama voted for it before he was against it when he ran for President only to be for it when he became president.
