I saw Pan-Starrs Comet myself tonight from Georgia...if it is sunset or before where you are, you can clearly see it with low power binoculars after sunset just to the left of the crescent moon. (see the link)
I used tiny 8 x 23 binoculars and the comet was easily located and observed for roughly 25 minutes after sunset before out disappeared over the western horizon.
