Are you blind?I'm glad you realize you have lost the debate.They have always had few guns per capita. Your lies get old. It is culture, gun culture. We have it, they don't.Yes they had a low number of guns per capita always. When they started heaving problems they made sure it stayed that way. And now they have much lower homicide rates than us.
They didn't have a problem......they had easy access to guns and their criminals did not use them to murder people.....
The banned guns, and they still have low gun murder...nothing changed.....it isn't guns you dipstick...it is culture....and their culture is changing.

You ignore socioeconomic, historical, political and legal aspects that all contribute to the level of crime and violence present in any society because you are incapable of understanding such complex relationships
